एसोचेम - केपीएमजी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, 5जी, एम2एम की उभरती टेक्नोलॉजी और इन्फार्मेंशन एंड कम्युनिकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी ( आईसीटी ) में विकास से वर्ष 2021 तक 870000 लोगों को नौकरी मिलने की संभावना है | 

इसके लिए इंफ्रा और साइबर सिक्योरिटी एक्सपर्ट, एपिल्केशन ड़कलपर्स, सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर टेकिनशयन, हेडसेट टेकिनशयन आदि के रूप में कुशल मेनपावर की पहचान की जरूरत होगी | इसके साथ ही मौजूदा टेक्नोलॉजी पर काम क्र रहें लोगों को अपडेट करना होगा |
